One of the questions i get asked a lot from people looking for a new garage door is. “Why are there so big difference in prices, surely there’s no difference between a $200 garage door and a $1000 one”. But that’s wrong, prices may vary according to many different circumstances and factors. I will be discussing a lot about garage door prices and why these prices differ from each other.

1. The size of the garage door

This may be an obvious point, of course you should make sure your garage door is big enough to fit your car. The last thing you want is your car to get stuck in your garage. So measure your car before you go garage door shopping. The bigger the door, the higher the prices.

Also i would advice you to take a look at Craigslist maybe someone is looking to get rid of their garage door or you could take a look at a garage sale ;).
